6. Payment Terms

6.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

7.2 For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total quote value.

7.3 If we are unable to access your property on the scheduled date due to reasons within your control, a rescheduling fee may apply.
